Hadley has only been living with her boyfriend, Jason, for a few months, and their relationship has already begun to show signs of wear. The intense nature of her job as an executive assistant often requires her to be available 24/7, leaving little time for leisurely pursuits or quality time with Jason. Unfortunately, Jason has grown paranoid and suspects that she may be having an affair with her boss, Richard.

Initially, Jason's accusations are unfounded as Hadley remains loyal to him. However, after a particularly stressful week at work, which sees her pulling several all-nighters to ensure the successful completion of a major deal, she decides to unwind with Richard at their workplace.
